UIndy On-campus Housing Info

Looking for a place to crash?

The Shaheen College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Indianapolis is excited you are becoming a Greyhound!

Since you are enrolling in one of our campus-based graduate programs, we thought we would provide you with some information about campus housing options.

Living on campus allows you to get and stay connected to the university and it will provide easy access to all buildings on campus - without the need to find parking! Additionally, we are 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and all that our great city has to offer.

While there are a number of residence options on campus, we find that most graduate students prefer to live in the following three locations.

    GREYHOUND VILLAGE

1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom furnished apartments. Amenities include: fitness center, study room and social clubhouse. Greyhound Village offers off-campus living with the convenience of being on-campus.

    UNIVERSITY LOFTS

1, 2, and 4 bedroom units. You have the option to choose to live alone or you can take advantage of the 'Roommate Matching Program'. All bedrooms have a private bath.

    Don't want to cook?

The university also offers multiple meal plans - regardless of where you choose to live. You can view all meal plans and on-campus dining options online. The above options do not require a meal plan, but you can get one if you choose.

If you are interested in exploring the on-campus housing options at UIndy we encourage you to reach out to Matt Gray, Student Affairs Logistics Coordinator for these and other options that may be available to you.

    Welcome to the PACK!
